New Home shopping has reached a new apex with the McKee HomeBuilder. View and customize our entire portfolio.
Filter your results to get closer to what you want to buy. Find your home from a catalog of plans. Each neighborhood has information and images available. You can sort the available plans by Name, Sqft, Bedrooms, or Price.
Design your Elevation to match your style. Tap to change colors or add options.
Then, Design your Floorplan with options that meet your needs. Floorplans allow you to customize with in-place options.
The Siteplan allows you to find the right spot for your new home. Pinch to zoom in for extra detail on the Elevation, Floorplan, or Siteplan view.
The "Your Home" button allows you to see a brochure with all of your specifications. From the brochure, you can save it to your device or directly contact the builder with email. You can close it and return to customizing where you left off.
Tapping the Catalog button allows you to revisit the catalog at any time.
Our built-in mortgage calculator allows you to change options while continually showing you your estimated monthly payment.
