Makani Geo Address, also known as Makani Number, is an unique identifier comprising 5 digits for easting and 5 digits for northing that is assigned to each entrance of the buildings in the Emirate of Dubai.
Makani app is a bi-lingual (English and Arabic) user-friendly interactive application that helps you to find accurate Geo Address locations by using the Makani Number.
This app also allows you to find the locations using the UAE NG (UAE National Grid) coordinates which is based on the MGRS.
You can find directions between two locations.
You can find the nearest services like government, health, education, landmarks etc.
The app allows you to share locations with friends, colleagues via sms, email or social networking like facebook, twitter etc.
The app allows you to convert coordinates to popular formats like UTM, Geographical – latitude/longitude in order to use it in other GPS/GNSS –based devices like smart phones, PDAs, car navigation systems.
