Prepare for your race with the Mad Dog 10k app! Features include 10k training schedules aimed at those wanting to run sub 45 minutes, sub 1 hour and sub 75 minutes to the latest news and updates from the race.
Use the training schedules to record which sessions you have completed. Simply tap and confirm that the session has been completed and it is stored for you. If you want to practice the route the map is there, or you can read the latest parking arrangements and get directions straight to the official car park.
We'll also update you nearer the time with the expected weather for race day, along with details of the many bands you will be running past to keep you entertained.
