Application Description
M2R 2013 is the app developed by Accenture to support Sport senza frontiere ONLUS on the Triathlon event Milan to Rome Challenge 2013.
An intuitive interface allow the user to keep track of the position of the athletes monitoring the performance during each of the 6 legs of the Challenge.
The main functionalities of the apps are:
EVENT: all the news and the descrption of the initiative
LIVE TRACKING: track on a map the position of the athletes during the challenge
TRIP: display all the 6 legs with the related sport (Run, Swim, Bike). Tapping on each completed leg it is possible to display despriptive analytics on Distance, time, speed, heart rate, calories consumption. Tapping on each leg still to be completed it's possible to display predictive analytics on estimated time, estimated speed, estimated calories consumpion based on a predicitve algorithm that keep track of wheather, humidity, altitude, weight, age and heart rate of each athete.
