Manage your Local Loyalty customers on the go

hibu’s Loyalty Centre helps you to increase revenue, build customer loyalty, attract new customers and now you can reward customers for shopping with you in a couple of clicks using your smartphone.

If your business is already part of Local Loyalty then it’s easy to get started! If you are a Local Loyalty member, just log in with the email address and password which you set up when you first signed up. You are then ready to award points right away - you simply scan your customer’s card barcode using the camera, and enter the amount they spent.

You can also keep track of how Local Loyalty is working for your business and quickly view valuable information such as:
- Amount spent, points awarded and number of transactions for the current calendar month
- Summary of your currently active promotions showing amount spent, points awarded and participating customers
- Performance of active or completed promotions, get a reminder of promotions that are coming up or activate a promotion which we have recommended to you
