The prayer comes from Psalm 107 in the Bible, where four times Israel was in drastic, life-threatening need. They cried out "LORD, help Israel!" and the LORD saved them out of their distresses.
As we cry out at 12 noon (your time zone) every day, "LORD, help Israel!" the LORD knows what the urgent need is each day as circumstances in Israel change daily. Our best prayer only needs to be "LORD, help Israel!"
