LocBo is Location Notice Board where public can broadcast any short messages to the nearby neighborhood. User can retrieve any short messages in approximately 1-2 km ranges near his current location. The current location accuracy is depends on device and available services, which will be show on the map.
• This application is the most simple location base application, you don’t need to register, don’t need to log in/out, don’t need to add contact. Just launch the application, send/broadcast a message or retrieve messages from you neighborhood. Great for asking help, looking for new friend nearby, broadcast or announces any news nearby your current area.
• The application required location service and internet connection to run.
• The user can only retrieve the latest 50 short messages (include the ‘pinned’ message).
• Pinned message will always show on top of the list.
• For now, the service (send and retrieve) is only available through Iphone and iPod touch application.
• The message date and time is based on user iphone locale setting.
• Our admin have the right to pin a message, where the message will always show on top of the list and will show up anytime.
• Blue pinned message will be show at targeted location only, it will always be shown at the top of the message list.
• Red pinned message is from admin, it will appear in all location all the time on top of the message list.

• Some time the current location address may not be shown on the first map screen, due to usage limitation set by the location service provider.
• Some time the current location address may not be accurate as the location service may need sometime to adjust itself. If you think the current location show on the application is not accurate, you can restart the application again after some time to check if it can detect a more accurate location.
