Application Description
I’ve written this app to help a friend of mine. He takes the bus every business day at 6 am and travels around 150 km to work in Sao Paulo (Brazil).
As some of you might know Sao Paulo traffic is chaotic and a 150km trip can take between 45 minutes to 5 hours which makes a time based alarm system not effective at all. Instead we came up with this idea to wake him up based on his location, so he could sleep comfortably and forget about the traffic for a while.
To run the application all you have to do is to tap and hold a target location on the map for 1 second. Once you have a target location the start and radius buttons will be enabled; at this point you can define a monitoring radius (default = 1000m) and press start.
Once started the application will monitor your location and once you enter in target location radius it will wake you up with a nice sound.
Easy? So give it a try!
