Your front desk talks to people. It says things like, “The person behind me has to make a call, send an email and change a light bulb in the ladies’ room before she can talk to you.” What you want it to say however, is “How may I help you?” That’s why we created LobbyLink. It helps you welcome your guests and Welcome Productivity.
It’s a receptionist. Or a receptionist helper.
LobbyLink is meant to increase productivity at your front desk, not replace anyone. And it’s really easy to use. Just set it up with the easy admin tool. Enter your employees’ names and email addresses and that’s it. Guests are greeted with a “Hello” and a prompt to enter the name of the person they’re looking for. LobbyLink automatically sends an email to that person’s computer, phone and/or tablet—and a connection is made.
