This app is the mobile partner to the Live Well Dementia website commissioned by NHS North. You can learn more about the aims of Live Well Dementia on the website at www.livewelldementia.co.uk.
The Live Well app allows you to add content to a Live Well Dementia life story. Life Stories is a great place to collect together your memories and the important things to you: post pictures, write tales, show videos and tell stories. You can keep it to yourself, share it with your friends and family or show it off to the world. Your friends and family can add their stories and memories of you too – if you want them to.
You will need a Life Stories user account to get started. You can register for one at http://www.capsool.com/livewell-register. Once you've completed the registration you can login and start building your life story with the app or on the website.
