What is the pricing structure?
There are two prices:
1. You must pay a monthly fee for each line you want to keep active
2. You purchase minutes and texts separately, but they roll-over monthly, do not expire, and are good for any line of the same type (local lines = local minutes, toll-free line = toll-free minutes)

This means you get to keep all the minutes and texts you pay for, even if you discontinue or change lines.
