If you are experiencing crashing, try a "reboot" of your phone. Hold down the sleep button on the top of your phone for two seconds and slide the red slider. Then power on your phone by holding the top button again for another two seconds.
If that doesn't work, try a "hard reset." Hold down the sleep and home buttons at the same time for 10 seconds until the apple icon appears.

FEATURES:
- The snow that falls on the screen can be moved by touch, almost as if being blown by the wind.
- Toddlers can catch snowflakes by placing their finger on the screen and letting the snow build up on their finger.
