You can then view all their "likes" and "dislikes" under "streams" section. "likes" and "dislikes" of users who have chosen to make them public can be viewed under respective "category" and under "my-city" if shared by people who live in your city. You can also see all your own's "likes" and "dislikes" under "my streams".

You can decide to either accept other users' requests to follow you or reject them. If you accept their request, they can view your streams. You decide who should see your streams.
