Lightfilled YOGA app provides information and exclusive content about the Lightfilled yoga modality poses, guided meditations, meditation music and general information on the Lightfilled YOGA technique.

A user clicks on each button ( one for each chakra, a subtle energy center in the body ) the App will now indicate the basic "Lightfilled Yoga" poses relevant to that energy center as a new indicative image, and a guided meditation with more detailed description will play as audio, including music. The user can then follow the instructions given in the audio, and practice the modality. A second alternative set of play, top, pause, advance buttons is also provided at the bottom of the page.

The user can choose to play the audio to practice the Yoga modality or use it as a guided mediation only.

Further content is provided on the bottom left and right buttons, in form of text, enhancing the practice of the Lightfilled Yoga modality, and more importantly, the relevance to health and general emotional well being.

This information is presented from a secular, non-denominational, but spiritual holistic point of view. Alerting the relationships of physical health, nutrition and emotional balance.

There is also other buttons in the interface that inform the user about further research sources, such as books by Michelle Lightworker and web links to the Reality Awareness and the musical artist and sound healer Ashera.

Lightfilled YOGA app includes over one hour and a half of high quality audio content. The app purchase includes the and automatic license to use the content for your personal use and or yoga / meditations groups for up to 144 people at once.

This information, guided meditations and calming introspective music is exclusive to this app, and it is only available for the IOS platform.
