LightenUp helps you to manage your eating habits through calorie awareness!
LightenUp enables you to Manage your Eating habits by following some simple steps. 1) Fill in personal information in the Setup View. 2) Define "My List" by building your own personal food list. 3) Manage eating by building up your "Calories Eaten". 4) Determine your calorie intake with BMR. 5) See how you compare to weight standards with the BMI. 6) Manage your "Workout" parameters. 7) See how you are doing by checking your "Forecast". 8) If you track points try "Points".'
