Application Description
Lightbow turns your iPhone or iPod touch into a simple and powerful remote control for a new generation of networked lighting hardware.
You will need a Philips Bridge and at least one compatible light for this app to be useful. If you want an introduction to this technology, visit your local Apple Store and ask about the Philips Hue. It's really easy! More information is also available at www.lightbow.net. Lightbow will now also let you mix in Belkin Wemo outlet hardware (Light Switch coming soon) to any of your presets.
Presets
- Assign vibrant colors to single or multiple bulbs, with the ability to reassign or edit them later.
- Quickly capture the current color settings of all your lights, or start with a clean slate and build your colors manually.
- Easily share presets with others in your household on your local WiFi network—no emails or passwords necessary!
- Give each preset a transition, such as crossfade, flashbulb, or fading through a specific color. You can also control the timing of the transition.
- In addition to specific colors, presets can also change just brightness while keeping the bulb's current color, or send explicit ON/OFF commands.
Light Control
- From one simple screen, you can rename, reorder, and switch on or off any of your lights.
- Set the mood of any room with control over the hue, saturation, brightness, and (if your light supports it) color temperature of each bulb.
- Connect to a Philips Bridge to control your Hue, Bloom, LightStrips, LivingColors, Iris, Aura, LivingWhites bulb, or even the LivingWhites wall plug.
