Application Description
This app is designed to make your life easier on the road.
It is not a substitute for wysiwyg, but a shortcut to send pro pdf sheets with patch lists, plot and etc. on the road.
It is made by a touring lighting technician and designer and came into life because of my own frustrations and needs.
All the ideas are far from realized but you have to start somewhere. And the development is still evolving.
The idea is to be able to create a light plot in fifteen minutes.
insert your lights from the library and make all default settings here before using the wireframe view.
- In wireframe view, you can select fixture.
- Open fixture and correct settings.
- Pan fixtures around your light plot. (single or multiple at a time).
- Lock the axes when using pan.
Use the "Selected Items" to arrange the order of the selected fixture.
So when you use "edit selected items" does auto-dmx happens to your needs.
From "selected items" you also have direct access to the database all the fixtures are saved in. So you can filter which lights you want to select.
Finally. Go to Presentation and press Manage files.
Here you can adminitrere PDF sheet with all patch information.
