LifeCheck gives you an insightful look into you. There are many different facets of your life, and you need to see them individually, to help you improve your life as a whole. This fun, quick and easy 2-stage assessment will tackle such topics as family and friends, career, and health. When you begin a life check, you'll answer questions about how well you are doing in a certain area of your life. In the second step, you're asked to consider how important these issues are to you.
When you're done, your answers are tallied, and you begin to see exactly which areas of your life need a little tweaking. The Summary Wheel shows you where you need to focus to bring more joy into your life.
The Summary Wheel shows you the overall balance of these areas of your life. This may produce unexpected results such as you being happy in an area that is not important to you showing up as needing attention - you are invited to give this area attention as it may be that you are paying too much attention to something that is not important to you. Paying too much attention to an area can throw you out of balance as much as paying it too little.
The path to happiness is all about change over time. With that in mind, the history view feature automatically saves every life check, so you can confirm how far you've come since your first session.
