Our subscription based application (US$ 1.99/year) aids you in an easy, motivating and almost playful manner to successfully balance all areas of your life in a way that works well with your daily routine but also makes sure that none of the important areas of a balanced life are forgotten.
We categorized all activities humans attend to within a 24 hours day into 9 areas - diet, relaxing, partnership, occupation, sport, family, friends, social engagement and further education.
A very brief daily questionnaire is pushed out to the user (Yes/No answers, not more than 15 seconds of your time is required) at a time that can be adjusted to your timetable.
The answers are recorded and you get daily and weekly analytics. This way you can adjust your plans for the next day/rest of the week and can also see changes in your life balance efforts over time.
Through our integrated location and/or Web search capabilities you can immediately - from within the application – find shops/gymns/locations/literature/places of interest etc. to attend to one or more of the areas if needed.
VERY IMPORTANT is the fact that every user - to suit her/his needs - can change all the questions, weightings and priorities, searches and times. This way you can virtually create an application that reflects purely your interests and your specific and individual needs for life balance monitoring – you use our framework but under your conditions.
We need and want to make it motivating and fun – that is why we don’t have absolute values per day/week but values per questions – so everybody has positive and negative experiences for the week but will also have an idea where to improve.
Additional modules for tracking medical topics, dietary needs, sports activities and friends/family (Facebook integration) will be available in the near future – if you have any wishes, ideas or suggestions please mail us – we will consider every suggestion and let you know if and when we will add it to the application – mail: suggestions@lb4ever.com.
