LiburnaCode.com is an innovative communication system between suppliers and customers. Its aim is a certified exchange of documents and information for all those who must receive documents about products purchased from their suppliers, as provided by the Law.
Liburna App allows you to use the tools of LiburnaCode.com platform through Quick Read code technology, simplifying such documents transmission, receipt and filing.
The QR Code reading on the products packagings automatically and timely determines the acquisition of the necessary documents, such as safety data sheets, in a certified form.

FREE SERVICE FOR THE CUSTOMER:
Once the app has been downloaded, it is possible to get your suppliers' product information registering and using LiburnaCode.com platform for free.
DOCUMENT RECEIPT AND CONSULTATION
It is possible to read the QR Codes on the products packaging via smartphone, tablet, phablet. This also allows you to display the relevant regulatory documents at once, such as safety data sheets, packaging approval certificates, possible SVHC that may be contained, etc.
DOCUMENT RECEIPT TIME CERTIFICATION
At the end of the transmission process of the technical documents required, the system automatically applies a time stamp as the document is delivered. This time stamp is considered to be legally binding as evidence that the documents were delivered.
FILING OF DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THE PRODUCTS
The documents displayed on your mobile device are filed in your reserved area: LiburnaCode.com provides you with a space where you can file your documents in folders. You can access your reserved area at any time using a web connection, from any PC or mobile device.
DOCUMENT RETENTION
The documents acquired are kept for at least 10 years, unless otherwise provided by the law provisions enforceable to the product.
DOCUMENT OFF-LINE READING
The App allows to off-line read (without internet connection) the information entered by the supplier of the QR Code associated with the product.
ONE OFF CONFIGURATION FOR PRIVATE QR CODES
In order to read the product information, you need to configure the app, the first time only , by entering the credentials (userID and password) you used for LiburnaCode.com platform, and eventually choosing a language.
