1.Timed Recipes: Cookery is all about timing. The Leiths time-plan technique helps you to cook through a menu in a logical order and get the food on the table on time. Helpful alerts will remind you when to check your dish and notify you when it is cooked; you can even plan and input when you want to serve your food and the timer will suggest when you need to start cooking. If you are confident enough to cook without the timed help, then simply enjoy cooking our delicious selection of roasts and simple supper menus. Further recipes will be added throughout the year.

2.Converter Tables: Convert weights, volume and temperatures into a usable format. The cup converter allows you to follow any recipe using just a cup measure so that you can bake that birthday cake even when the scales are broken. It even includes a roasting table so that you can easily calculate cooking times for anything from roast beef to roast partridge.

3.Glossary of Cooking Terms: In order to become a confident cook, it helps to understand frequently used cookery terms and techniques. Our glossary offers clear, simple explanations of classic cookery terms and techniques. It will be frequently updated and we are open to suggestions.
