Leaving is a short-form interactive drama for iPad. It features a single-player three-act sequence, where you play a role and explore what it means to leave home.

Leaving is not your typical mobile game. It takes you on a poetically charged journey with minimalistic gameplay, where you play as Willem, saying goodbye to your loved ones at the international departures hall of an airport.
Using gestures and taps you explore this beautiful experiential game. It captures the moment before you step off the edge, take that fork in the road you never thought you would, embark on a new adventure.
In this artistically motivated game you will go abroad abandoning your ordinary life. Such events happen more often in our minds than in reality. Now, however, you are able to experience that moment in Leaving.

Leaving is friendly to non-gamers and unique to the platform. It offers the re-enactment of a carefully crafted interactive drama about self-reflection.
