The Landman App is an efficient tool that allows a user to chain mineral title, generate ownership reports, visualize ownership change through a flowchart, capture images of documents, and streamline the entire process of checking mineral title.
The Bellomy Group has created the first Landman App for the iPad to provide a useful tool that will improve the efficiency of the field and in-house landman. The Landman App consolidates all of the tedious processes of running title and determining mineral ownership into one simple application. You will be able to create runsheets, flowcharts, and ownership reports in a fraction of the time, allowing you to beat the competition in executing that oil and gas lease.
The Landman App gives you the flexibility to run title in two intertwined ways. You can either enter in all of the document information in a runsheet or flow out the title in the flowchart mode as you go. Either way, the information populates all forms and allows you to easily identify your mineral owners.
Based on the information you enter into the flowchart or runsheet, the Landman App will generate an exportable ownership report for you. You will be able to quickly and conveniently complete your runsheet, ownership report, and flowchart, along with any digital images of documents you may have taken and deliver your work to your client.
In addition, once you complete your ownership report, all of the contact information for your mineral owners will be transferred into your contact library. Once you determine mineral ownership and decide to begin leasing, it will be easy for you to track communication with your potential lessors.
The Landman App offers short and long term subscription options for all users. There is also a free trial version that will give you the ability to navigate the App and take advantage of its features for up to ten days.
