Our sambal fish seafood restaurant was established on 1st January 2012 by chef/owner, Patrick Lim. This family restaurant is the birth child of his passion for cooking and a strong desire to serve traditional signatures passed down from his grandfather's time, in nice ambience, at affordable prices. Our signature dish is the sambal pomfret, inspired by a customer asking for a dish of crispy spicy promfret fish, the owner's(Mr Patrick Lim) grandfather spent months experimenting before perfecting our home-made sambal chilli sauce, thereby giving birth to our famous Lai Huat Sambal Fish...
