Ladon Mobile is a new application from Ladon Systems, ideal for monitoring DVR's from an iPhone. The software allows the user to monitor multiple video surveillance installations (sites) at the same time, when using one or more Ladon Systems DVR belonging to the LD2300, LD2400, LD3000, LD3100 and LD6000 families.
Ladon Mobile's key features are its ease of use and configuration, which can be accomplished on an iPhone, or downloaded from Ladon Systems server (after having been registered via the web by the user). In this way the user can begin using Ladon Mobile with the press of a single button!
Ladon Mobile also allows the user to identify individual sites by using an icon or picture for each site that can be selected from a picture or image from the iphone library. It is also possible to associate an icon with an individual camera. In this case the image can be a still picture of the actual scene from the camera required.
All the cameras belonging to a site are accessible directly from the site itself, allowing the user to recall which camera is connected to which DVR. For even more practical access, it is also possible to divide cameras into user defined zones, independently from the DVR's.
Ladon Mobile displays live streams at 1fps, with high quality images at full screen (in landscape mode), enabling the user to zoom inside the image saved.
Another powerful feature of Ladon Mobile is the ability to control speed dome cameras: through handy buttons placed over the image as an overlay, the user can manually move the camera, recall presets or save new ones. Ladon Mobile supports all main protocols (DSCP, AD422, PelcoD, PelcoP, Fastrax2, JVC, Panasonic_C, Panasonic_N, GE RS-485, GE RS-422).
Finally, it is also possible to associate a camera with one or more relay outputs (this feature requires an additional Omnicom module connected to the DVR), controlled by button or toggle switches.
