Application Description
In both HS and Collegiate Lacrosse it is becoming more common for players to use illegal heads while playing in matches. Currently, referee's and players use measuring tape or rulers to check the dimensions of the head leaving room for user error. Introducing, LAX Head Check. This new and innovative application was built specifically for referee's, players, and coaches to quickly check the dimensions of LAX heads to deem if they are legal for match-play.
From within the application, choose which LAX division you are playing in. Lay your stick on a flat surface (i.e. turf or grass) and put phone directly over the head of the stick. Move phone closer or further away from head while trying to align template with the head of your stick. If the head of the stick does not fit within the template, the stick is illegal.
