The KSU's mobile application is called Staff Application (KSU-Staff). The Application provides the following services to KSU staff and faculty members:
• Profile management: the user can change the profile and password.
• Notifications: the user can get notifications about updates on his data, requests, tasks, and payments.
• Financial inquiries: the user can see his/her salary including the date, bank information, allowances and deductions with all details. The user can also see detailed information about individual payments such as overtime and per-diem compensations.
• Vacations: the user can get detailed information of his regular and emergency vacations.
• Tasks: the user can see detailed information of tasks assigned to him/her .
• Requests: the user can see detailed information and status of his/her requests (e.g., a request to attend a conference or a promotion application).
• Customer care: the user has the ability to ask for support, send suggestions, or report incidents.
