Application Description
Krypta uses multiple/cascading encryption. Each file is encrypted using 256-bit encryption. Users may use 1 or 3 passwords to encrypt the file. A keyfile may also be used to maximize security, just make sure to store the keyfile in a safe place as the file cannot be decrypted without it. Files should be decrypted in a separate directory from the original file as the decrypted file will share the exact same name.
If three passwords are used, each layer of encryption will use a different password, increasing the level of security.
