Kismet makes it easy to find your friends and get them together in one place, whether it’s a casual night out with a few friends or a concert with dozens.

•See which friends are nearby right now -- whether or not they have the app
•Invite friends to hang out easily with cross-platform invites (SMS, Email, Facebook, whatever contact info you have we’ll get the invite to them)
•Friends can see the details and respond to event invites even if they don’t have the app
•Private group chats tied to your specific event
•Get alerted when friends are nearby or when they arrive to your event -- you’ll never again have to call someone and ask “Are you here yet?”
We’ve also added new privacy features. In addition to Kismet’s popular Hide@Home feature, you can choose to show your location to friends only or to other as well. Or, you can turn off background location and only check in when you’re ready to let people know where you are.
