James Dawson was born and raised in Springfield KY, where he first became involved with sports and athletics. In high school he thrived at baseball, basketball, and football, of which led him to a scholarship on the University of Louisville Football Team. James also has played with two Arena Football Teams, The Louisville Fire, and The Laredo Law.

In 2004 James move to California, and become a personal trainer at a variety of Sports Clubs including Bally's and 24 Hour Fitness. Members of the clubs he trained at were impressed with his training and workout skills and asked for private sessions.
After years of Training clients at their own homes James wanted more for his clients! A workout that no one else can come up with!
A challenge that got James to work together with the HUNKWORKOUT team to create the
“KING JAMES TOTAL BODY WORKOUT”

You don’t have to go to the gym. You can do it anywhere, by yourself, with a partner, at you home, apt, park, anywhere you like.
All you need is: a bosu ball, Kettle bell and a band stretcher.
You will get to work on all your muscles from head to toe.
