Application Description
Holloway's Isshin-ryu Karate School kids class promotional requirements for white to orange belt. App includes novice vocabulary and counting for each promotional level. There are videos of each of the 15 Upper Body and 8 Lower body exercises at normal execution and in slow motion for clarity. Also included is the first two required Katas; Taikyoku and Sanchin at normal speed and broken down for ease of learning.
