Application Description
KGInventory for LightSpeed POS Systems
Nobody likes doing inventory… Until now!
Imagine counting your inventory with your iPhone or iPod touch!
KGInventory has been made to work with a LightSpeed POS System and a Linea-Pro sled for the purpose of performing a list that can be imported into LightSpeed's inventory count feature.
It's as easy as 123…
Step 1) Create the 'count' and enter in the credentials for your LightSpeed Server
Step 2) Scan everything in your store to create a list of items. Each item is checked against your LightSpeed system to ensure accuracy as you scan!
Step 3) Email yourself the list as a CSV file that can be imported directly into LightSpeed's inventory count feature!
REQUIRED: Your LightSpeed Server must have an API license in order to look up products as you scan them! Only one license is required to use an unlimited number of mobile units. Please contact your local LightSpeed reseller to ensure that your LightSpeed system is up to date with the latest version.
RECOMMENDED: The Linea-Pro Sled made by Infinite Peripherals adds a barcode scanner to your iPhone or iPod touch so that you can scan your inventory into this app. If you use LightSpeed mobile in your store then you already have the hardware to use this program! If you don't have one, contact your local LightSpeed reseller to get one.
WARNING: This app does not handle serialized items! If you deal with serialized items, hold off until the next version.
