Katiba® Breast is an interactive educational tool to learn ACR BI-RADS® lexicon and to create standard breast ultrasound structured reports with higher accuracy, consistency and efficiency. The structured report can easily be modified and customized to your preferences. In just a few seconds, you can directly print the report to a wireless printer, save it as PDF, send it wirelessly to your Mac, save it wirelessly to your Dropbox or cloud server, email it, or get your device to dictate it for stenographers.

HOW TO USE THE APP
STEP 1. Turn the wheel to select the Side of examination, the Scope of Examination, the Background Echotexture and the related Category. If you are reporting a mass, you should also enter the FN (distance from nipple) and the Clock Face Location of the mass. Once you have completed the red sections, the red color will change to white and a menu bar will appear at the top of screen with buttons including Info, Report, Email, Action (the square button with the arrow) and editing button (B, I, and U). B (bold), I (italic) and U (underline) buttons are enabled automatically when you intend to edit the report.

STEP 2. Tap on Report button to see the report page including the related images to the category you have selected. You can swipe the images right or left (or tap on previous or next buttons) to find the image that matches or fits your patient's abnormality. Every time that you select a new image, Katiba® Breast restructures the report to update the findings according to the new image.

That's it! The report is now ready for wireless print, save to your network or cloud server, email, or dictation.
