Application Description
The Shotokai Karate app is designed to help all karate students on their journey from beginner towards black belt.
The app contains video of all 5 Heian kata, demonstrated from all four sides so that the techniques and sequences can be clearly understood.
There is also helpful guidance and information on basic stances and some common strikes, blocks and kicks.
The creators of the app are all black-belt practitioners from Zenshindojo. We believe that karate should be used to instill physical and mental discipline, courage, perseverance and a peaceful and calm approach to life.
The app is built for iPhone 4 and above using OS6 and higher.
