Jumblets is a virtual flea market where you can have a standing market stall for free to present stuff you have that you no longer need.

We all have stuff stored away that we no longer use and probably never will. This is stuff we could just as well sell. And out of all these things there are probably quite a few that friends, acquaintances or neighbours would like to have. But as long as no one knows what stuff we have we will be stuck with it and it will be of no use to anyone else.

So the basic idea of Jumblets is primarily to provide a way for people to present stuff they have stored at home and are willing to sell. You easily make your jumblet known to your friends, acquaintances and neighbors so that they can take advantage of what is available in their vicinity. Hopefully this will also reduce our waste of resources.

The advantages of the services Jumblets provides will, of course, increase the more jumblets there are close to where you live and the more friends you have that have a jumblet of their own.

The Jumblets app will support the main web site at www.jumblets.com, making it easier to upload pictures and to list new items in your jumblet. You will also be able to search for items and jumblets and keep track of your favorite jumblets and add new favorites. You can of course also message jumblet owners. In order to use this app you will need to register a user account and log on to Jumblets.
