Application Description
Welcome to Jokes School where children learn how to tell jokes, watch jokes and perform live on stage by recording their own funny tales.
Jokes School teaches children (between the ages 4-7) how to speak confidently, with expression in public and makes children laugh out loud in the process.
In addition to the seriously funny lesson, children watch fully animated age appropriate jokes and can record own performance live on stage.
Children are fully engaged by:
•Learning how to tell a joke (or a funny story)
•Watching age appropriate fully animated jokes by 4 characters
•Creating their own live performance on stage by recording the child’s own voice, picture and joke (or story)
With supervision children are encouraged to:
•Retell a story confidently, in the correct sequence
•Use expression to support the narrative of a story
•Join in with parts of a familiar story
•Express feelings after hearing a story
Jokes School encourages the development of specific skills inline with the Common Core Standards (USA) and the National Curriculum (England).
