Japanese Alphabet is an app that shows the reading and pronunciation of Japanese characters in smaller Roman characters.

Enter Japanese characters via iOS's built-in Japanese Fifty Key Keybaord for Kana or Chinese handwriting keyboard for Kanji. The transliteration system is called as romanization or latinization of Japanese.

It has an optional function that automatically translates from English to Japanese and vice versa (Connects to the internet only when translating). It lets you check Japanese pronunciation by translating English keyboard inputs.
