Jabbershots is a beautifully designed utility for capturing screenshots of entire web pages. The web page is saved as an image just as it is shown in the in-app browser.

The interface is easy to use and requires a single tap to take a "Webshot," or a screenshot of the page.

Dropbox integration is not missing, either. Webshots can be copied to Dropbox from within the app, and are available in iTunes through the "File Sharing" functionality.
