IUVO HEALTH NOTES facilitates the care of elderly and home bound patients by storing, organizing and sharing health information. This app allows important home care problems to be tracked, e.g. pressure sores and skin conditions, bowels (constipation), bladder (urine), enteral feeding, etc. Basic health information like medications, allergies and health conditions can also be recorded.
