View what your friends and family would really like to receive as a gift to ensure that you get them something that they truly desire. Right Gift, Right Person, Right Time!

While the App record items you might like bought for your own special occasion, it ensures that it benefits all of your connected friends too. You get to see what your friends would like, and they get to see what you would like – all in real time.

Its Appt creates a Win-Win scenario when giving gifts for any occasion; Christmas, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Festivals, or simply no reason whatsoever!!
Features

The App is controlled by four main tabs which enable you to:
Activity - Track/view what your friends/family would like bought in a timely manner.
Friends - View your friends/family individually in alphabetical order.
My Info - View your own personal wish items and their status.
Add Item - Upload a new wish item.
Functionality
Activity

This screen has two views, accessed by selecting the Summary or List buttons from the top menu.

Under the Summary button, there are four icons:

Go Get It – this is where your friends wish gifts are recorded/shown
Flag It – this is where your friends wish gifts are reserved for 6 days. This is particularly helpful if you are unable to purchase the gift straightaway, e.g. if you are travelling.
Bought It – this records items which are ‘purchased’ for your friends. This is finalised when you purchase the item on the internet or in-store.
Got It – this displays all items that each friend has received

Furthermore, there are seven sub-categories which cover key occasions and which create a filter view. The sub-categories are anniversary, birthday, Christmas, Easter, festival, no category and wedding.

The List Button shows the most recent activity in a list view, a profile picture of your friend, gives a one line description of the wish item and a status icon.

Friends

This defaults to the List view of your friends in alphabetical order. By selecting a friend, this takes you to their profile page, enabling you to view all items specific to them. There are three icons on the top menu:

Calendar – This shows you an eight week period of up and coming special occasions.

Find Friends – enables you to search the app for your friends who already use the app.

Add Friends – enables you to add new friends by requesting they join your group.

My Info

This is your profile page which shows you the status of the items you have added to your list. There are three tabs on the top menu My Profile and Flagged Items.

My Profile – this contains a profile picture and the in-app purchase area to top up your points.

Thereafter, there are the same four status icons (go get it, flag it, bought it and got it) for all your wish items as well as the seven categories (anniversary, birthday, Christmas, Easter, festival, no category and wedding).

Flagged Items – this shows you the reserved items you want to buy for your friends and, in addition, this is an offline shopping list (meaning, that if you lose connectivity, you can still view the detail of those items).

Add Item

This is where you record the item you have seen that you would like to add to your list. This records the item name, the category it relates it, a photo of the item and the price.
Spending Points

Whilst it is a free app, revenue will be generated from the Bought It and Got It status changes. This is similar to software as a service.
Bought It – lists the items your friends have bought you. Use this icon to change the status to Got It once you have received the item. This also enables you to send a thank-you email to your friend
