100% Italian Recipes ;D
You won’t find the recipes of famous chefs or starred restaurants here. What you will find are the one that Italians like us make at home (only some of the recipes, it would be impossible to include all of them) plus some others that Italian App PiccoleRicette users have sent to me. They’re all family recipes, the ones that were handed down to us by our mothers, grandmothers and great-grandmothers.
Many of these recipes come from simple households and so are quite inventive. Because, as everyone knows, we Italians are famous for “making a virtue out of necessity” (a marvelous example is the one for “Spaghetti with Runaway Clams”!). And so… buon appetito! ;D
