iSunas WM is Sparta’s Utility North American Solution for SAP Mobility Work Management. The iSunas WM app allows Utility company service technician to connect with the internal SAP system in a revolutionary way. It provides an out-of-the-box app that allows the service technician to receive service orders on priority, review/check material required, have GPS service location via map, take a photo to document service changes or problems, complete and finalize service order and much more providing an extreme and complete, easy to use service technician tool and experience.

Use your own account and password in order to use the application. In case you do not have an account then please use following credentials for demo account.

The application interacts with SAP data.

Once you login then the application has 2 options:
1) Service Orders
2) Create Service Order

One can create a service order using #2.

One can see the assigned service orders through "Service orders" and continue working on the assigned service orders.
