ISKm3 is an unofficial EVE Online utility for miners, haulers, and traders. This utility tells you which ore is the most profitable to mine, haul, or trade for your limited cargo space, by measuring the ISK/m3 for 5000+ solar systems in EVE.

It may seem that the Pull-to-Refresh data is not working because the animation finishes quickly, or because the data doesn't update as often. Rest assured that the data is being re-synchronized in a super-efficient, multi-threaded manner. The ISK/m3 values depend on crowd-sourced data from the EVE community, so they may only change once every so often (e.g., hours, even days). It depends on how many people are crowd sourcing the data, and in which systems they're located.
