iShare&Care is designed for iPhone and iPad and is supported by a web interface (www.ishareandcare.com).
The app is for everyone who experiences an emotion, which cannot be shared directly, or one prefers to do such anonymously. iShare&Care allows the user to soothe his/her mind by writing about emotions.
Studies have shown that writing down emotions is not only soothing but this can even be beneficial. Furthermore the App allows all iShare&Care users within this community to read the emotions of each other. The latter is only possible upon approval by the writer after publishing an emotion.

You can read or write in 9 different emotions and relieve your emotional pressure:

Read all the different articles on emotions from people all over the world.
Write:
