Application Description
iRow Pro is a FREE application for the sport of rowing. The features of iRow Pro currently include, but are by no means limited to:
*Split calculation via GPS
*Stroke Rating calculator, based on accelerometer data
*Pieces for Time or Distance
*Interval Pieces
*Graph of SPM vs. Split over a piece
*Bluetooth sharing of real-time statistics between devices
*Graphical representation of acceleration over the course of the stroke

My goal is to provide rowers and coaches with affordable, or in this case free, alternatives to overpriced hardware and software. At a time when success in the sport increasingly depends upon immediate statistical feedback from overpriced hardware, winning races can be determined by the depth of a program or individual's pockets. In an effort to combat this trend, I have created iRow Pro, the first in an array of free or low-priced rowing tools designed to make your crew as fast as possible, without breaking the bank.
However, this cannot be done overnight. My ability to fully test all the features of iRow has been limited to an 8+, so this initial release of iRow Pro will very probably show need for improvement. Therefore, its up to users like you to give feedback, positive or negative, so that the software can be improved and renovated. Comments left on this page, on the iTunes App Store, or sent to my email, James.Willard.Mock@gmail.com would be greatly appreciated, and are crucial to the realization of my goals!
