Application Description
Take control over the documents, projects and business processes anytime anywhere!
The client for EMC Documentum eRoom
discovers new possibilities to work with documents, take control over projects and to participate with business processes using iPad.
The first version introduces the folowing features:
* accessible rooms browsing
* documents and projects browsing inside rooms
* documents browsing
* working offline with documents
* downloading and saving documents into iPad disk
* using external applications to edit documents
* eRoom projects browsing
* eRoom notes creating
* copy/paste operations with documents inside eRoom notes and folders
* eRoom databases browsing
* sending documents to business processes
(this feature requires eFlow - business processes control tool for eRoom from Multistream company)
To connect to eRoom server it is necessary to do the following:
* enable XML-queries on site administration page
* use iRoom section in Settings application to set the server URL without "eRoom" suffix (for example, http://www.example.com), also user name and password
