Irish Heartbeat with Dervish is a live performance radio show hosted by Irish traditional music group Dervish, presented by the band’s charismatic singer Cathy Jordan, which brings you the very best in Irish culture. Dervish provides support as the house band.

The show is light hearted in nature and features a wide variety of Irish cultural talent with a crossover element of international guest’s artists from folk/roots style music who sit in on jam sessions. The show features the occasional whacky piece like Sean Nos Irish dancing (Irish tap dancing) live on air and contains everything you would expect from a night out in a wild Irish pub session in rural Ireland. Each show features 2-3 international guests and ends in a grand musical finale in a jam session format and captures some magical artistic moments.
