Application Description

iResQ is the ideal tool for any Critical Care provider, Flight Paramedic/Nurse. iResQ was developed using it's predecessor, ResQShopPC as it's core template. It will perform all of the functions of it’s predecessor, with the addition of greater functionality and a completely redesigned graphic user interface (GUI). New functions include;
An enhanced medication details section for every medication, which can be referenced on every screen.
A medication search capability for both generic and trade medication names.
A laboratory values screen with explanations of how readings can be abnormal and how that affects the provider's management.
Expanded medication lists for each patient injury/illness category.
Better information retention making application navigation faster and more efficient.
iResQ will still maintain all the functions below, previously available in ResQShopPC ver 9.11 such as;
Analgesia and sedation medication tables with dosage calculators.
Burn area and fluid resuscitation calculators
Cardiac medication calculators including antiarrhythmics, vasopressors, electrolytes, antiplatelets and fibrinolytic agents
Equipment sizing tables for ETT’s, LMA’s, suction caths, chest tubes, foleys, etc...
Pediatric reference tables for vitals, equipment sizing, fluid resuscitation and fluid maintenance calculators
Enhanced RSI section that allows the user to enter his specific dosages to memory for rapid calculations
Ventilator management calculators with specific setups for the Univent, Pulmonetics LTV’s & CrossVents
Reference tables for Emergency Airway Algorithms, Datascope and Arrow IABP setup as well as MiniMed trouble-shooting, hemodynamic formulas, ECG interpretation and NICU specific lab values, IV resuscitation guidance and sepsis evaluation.
Calculators for checking existing IV drip mixes as well as mixing your own, GCS/RTS, OB/GYN LMP and EDC, ideal body weight, temperature conversion, O2 tank duration, acute lung injury, cerebral perfusion pressures, APGAR scoring, ABG and potassium management.
