Application Description
This version of iQuakeLite supports iPhone and iPad and will let you monitor earthquakes around the world. iQuakeLite displays the latest quakes using heat map graphics showing you instantly where, how big and when an event happened. You can Zoom, pan and add a Tectonic plates overlay, snap pictures of the map with the annotations.
An Earthquake table list the most recent events with colored visual cues for the Magnitude. Clicking on a line will send you to the map and display the corresponding quake. A the blue disclosure arrow will display the latest USGS information in real time. A Help tab will display hint and dynamically updated help. This version contains a new Alert panel and extra button that will appear if there is a significant event. This Alert panel is connected to our site and display the latest alert with Maps, links to media if there is a serious event, plus any extra information that is significant.
