App has been updated!!

The iPollenCount application is a user-friendly application for individuals with allergies, specifically, those affecting the eyes (allergic conjunctivitis), the nose (allergic rhinitis), the skin (atopic dermatitis/eczema and/or hives) and for those suffering from asthma. This app will help you understand and correlate your allergies and asthma with the local pollen count. It will then be able to graphically display your symptom scores, for each of the various allergies and/or asthma, with the pollen count over the past week. The report can then be sent, via email, to your physician or healthcare provider in order to monitor the clinical impact of the pollen on your allergic symptoms.

iPollenCount has been developed by Dr. Leonard Bielory, one of the New York Times nation’s “top docs”. Dr. Bielory, has been involved in multiple clinical studies and has cared for thousands of patients with asthma and allergies. He is presently a professor at Rutgers University, where he is presently pursuing the impact of climate change on allergic disease as part of a grant from the United States Environmental Protection Agency iPollenCount is a personal pollen diary. The user is able to store daily allergy data, track his/her daily allergy symptoms, and then compare and the allergy symptoms with the correlating daily pollen counts reported in the Northeast and middle Atlantic states region of the United States.
A report can be generated which provides a detailed list of allergic reactions and conditions. It also provides a graph displaying the allergic reactions and conditions as they correlate to the daily pollen count. The report can display the allergies and pollen counts for up to one week at a time. The user can email the report to his/her clinician upon completion
